what an overrated experience. first off, the air conditioner didn’t work properly and the breakfast area was ridiculously tiny. I almost left a great review but then, I couldn't believe the lack of special treatment. where was my room upgrade for enduring the inconvenience? I expected so much better from a ‘luxury’ hotel.
